But as of earlier this week, still "opening soon." Right now my usual choice for food at that end of terminal C is a roasted veggie toastini from Einstein's and breadsticks from Pizza Hut. But if Maggiano's had carryout options, that would be a nice addition...
It is funny how you get into a rhythm ... I haven't had regular travel in years, so I don't have a direct comparison - and even when I did weekly travel in 2013 to Kentucky it was on the corporate jet so I never dealt with 'normal' airport stuff :) But I do remember early in my career doing loads of travel and lots of stuff through Newark and Atlanta in particular so I had my routine there - getting that disrupted could really mess things up, and getting something new was a total bonus! :)

DeleteSeriously - I did a trip by commercial air with a connection in the middle of that year, and it really made me appreciate how cushy I had it!
